Diploceraspis
About Diploceraspis
Diploceraspis is a genus of lepospondyl amphibian. It lived in North America during the Permian period. It closely resembles its relative, Diplocaulus. It generally sports the same features as Diplocaulus, though it was smaller, measuring over 46 cm. Beerbower originally recognised two species, D. burkei and D. conemaughensis, but they are no longer regarded as being distinct from one another as their size ranges were found to overlap. Other species include D. meritae from Nebraska and an indeterminate species from Oklahoma. Diplocaulus minimus of Late Permian Morocco may be of this genus.[1]
In Game
Diploceraspis is much like its contemporaries Eryops and Deinosuchus in the fact that it is a health tank. It has slightly less health than the former, but more attack, and it has less attack than the latter, but more health, making it the most well rounded out of the three. It is a tournament creature, meaning it is either won from tournaments or the Clash of Titans event. It is great for fighting carnivores like Dilophosaurus Gen 2 and Megalosaurus, but terrible against pterosaurs such as Arambourgiania and Tupuxuara.
