About Megalosaurus
Megalosaurus (meaning "great lizard") is an extinct genus of large meat-eating theropod dinosaurs of the Middle Jurassic period (Bathonian stage, 166 million years ago) of Southern England. Although fossils from other areas have been assigned to the genus, the only certain remains of Megalosaurus come from Oxfordshire and date to the late Middle Jurassic.[1]
In Game
Megalosaurus is a tournament creature, identified by the golden background of its card. Being a tournament creature, it can only be unlocked by its assigned tournament or Clash of Titans. Bosting an impressive health and attack stat, it is perfectly balanced in both attack and defense. When the player moves onto more powerful dinosaurs, it can be fused with Pachyrhinosaurus to make Pachygalosaurus, the strongest hybrid in the entire game, which is only overshadowed by the superhybrids Indoraptor and Indoraptor Gen 2.
